Hello, my name is Oisin Tarrant. I am 22 years old. I was born in Tralee. I lived in a town called Castleisland up until the age of 19. At 19, I moved to the Cork city, Bishopstown to be exact, to attend Cork Institute of Technology (C.I.T.).
I am 6 feet tall and have a heavy build. I have every intention of joining a gym sometime in the near future. I have dark brown hair which my girlfriend, Kay, decided to have highlighted and so took the matter into her own hands!
I am building this web page as a way to swing my ever struggling marks in HCI (Human Computer Interfacing) to higher ground. With the grace of God, this should help me along the way. At present I am in my second year in CIT, having spent the first year in a different course doing nothing all year except sleeping, watching TV, and going out. Not always in that order. And so I found myself back in first year repeating a subject which I had gotten 34% in the summer which was not allowed to slide. Sorry Im babbling. At present, I have no goal in life except to not get any poorer, which could not be too hard working one or two shifts a week. I plan to find a job which will be better related to my course here in college this summer, which is getting closer and closer. A job in graphical design would be great but even something like a computer store worker or assistant technician would do fine.
Having done pretty well in my mock interview in college earlier this month, I am confident that I will eventually find a well paying job. With the money I make, I hope to afford a new car, and go on holiday to America this summer. In America, I will visit my grand-parents and others.
The thing is that during the summer, I work as a waiter also, and before you say it, it pays very well especially when it is in a 5 star hotel. During the summer, the money made far out ways the money spent. The only thing is that if I want to keep the job for next summer, Im kind of required to work threw the winter also, on a very miserly amount of money. Its a lot of fun though, and working through an agency allows me to work when and where I want if the work arises.
